Those will assist you in dissolving your programming with more ease, which contributes to the overall dissolution of the “false’ Matrix.
- A happy side effect: improved & coherent relationships with various aspects of your Self and others.
- As you dissolve your programming and the “false Matrix”, you’ll notice a significant shift in your external reality projection. Meaning your perception of the world and your place in it will change, leading to a more positive and empowering experience.
- Caution: the clearer you become hence also joyful, you might “lose” some people in your story, they see the “new you” as a personal criticism, or “can’t handle ” your authenticity and power, it is a natural process, it might sting for a bit, yet allowing it to take its course you create space for all .. New realationship will form in accordance to your new frequency.
So here we go
1. Slow down- it’s not without a profound meaning that Earth-humanoids are called the human RACE.
2. Become aware of your breath as often as you can throughout the day. Take a deep breath through your nose and out through your mouth now and then.
3. Try to use your non-dominant hand for minor activities (left/right brain coherence).
4. Improve inner and outer dialogue. I highly recommend Jefferson Fisher’s podcast. (his playlist on YT)
5. Become aware of your automatic re-action and emotions.
6. Become aware of your posture.
7. Time out: allow yourself to take cat naps or learn specific mindsercises (meditations)
8. Remind yourself what you truly are. A spark of the absolute Is-Be. It will help you not to take anything personally or lose your Inner-Chi, Vril, or Orgon.
9. Ask more questions, and avoid blunt statements.
This works for me and many of my clients; however, I recommend exploring further, as you might find more tricks that work for you.
